Resolutions

Time Travelled — over 20 years

Peaceful right?

Dear FutureMe, Every year you resolve to do this or that, or when you're down you promise yourself to make changes in your life, to do things that you've always wanted to do. I hope that you've done at least some of those things. You have to be one of the luckiest people alive - you've got a great career, an amazing husband, a wonderful step daughter, a terrific family who loves you, a couple good friends (be thankful for them, regardless of their flaws because you are pretty flawed yourself - I hope you're not as insecure and judgemental about them - stop being Woody Allen!). I hope you've kept the weight off, I hope you've either had a child or adopted - you should definately have more kids around. I hope you've spent at least some time doing music and/or theatre - you like both of them, so I hope you've done something with them. Stop procrastinating and start living if you haven't already - time is so short, and you have pretty damned good ideas - make them happen. And don't forget to tell the people who are still around that you love them - I know you do it now, but never miss an opportunity to do it, especially Alex who deserves it. And be confident and not so hard on yourself - you're a good person and that's what matters the most.
