A letter from Apr 8th, 2021

Dear FutureMe, Hey it’s me from the past, if you’re reading this that means you managed to live another 5 years from 9 April 2021. Allah has made you and every living being with a purpose and that is to worship him and him only. You are not very religious right now as you didn't recite enough Quran today. I’d like to believe that you chose to marry someone who’s a practicing believer unlike your present self. Islamophobia is defecting our society and predictably it’s worse today. But at the end of the day your relationship with Allah is something you can nourish with pure heart and intention to do good with everyone. I really wish your vocabulary is better now because I’m struggling a bit to find suitable word for this letter. You are dreaming of becoming a smart man with university degree from Germany but you have a long road ahead. I don’t know the result of my desire to go Germany and getting a degree there yet, but you must know. Even if the answer isn’t positive don’t feel bad. You already regretted enough for this lifetime now it’s time to accept Allah’s plan. I feel guilty of being lazy all day and I surely hope for you to not giving yourself the chance to feel the same. No matter how successful you get, always chase someone better than your present self, otherwise you’ll get bored. Boredom often leads to regretting about past which you can never change.
