A letter from April 6th, 2021

Time Travelled — almost 5 years

Peaceful right?

Dear Tia, As I am writing this letter the snow is gently falling on the ground. It's April 6th, 2021 so this is most definitely a sign of global warming. I wonder how bad is going to be in 5 years. Did things improve and people finally decided to take action or is it still going downhill? Also is the pandemic still going on or is it finally over. To ask about global warming is not the real reason I am writing this letter. My main question to you is do you still dream about a house with fields in the middle of nowhere, where you ride a horse and write your book while having a swing in your front yard? Because I do. I feel like this is the only way for me to find my true self. I know it sounds cheesy as hell but I feel lost, I guess. I hope that 5 years from now you finally feel like yourself and you learned how to stop wearing a mask in front of other people. Currently, I am graduating. I hope all will work out fine even though I know that in 5 years it probably won't matter anymore and it will feel like decades have passed. Let's see where I think we will be in 5 years. You are probably still in your final years of university. You are probably a wife to the most handsome husband and a mom to one or two kids. You probably have a side job and you have probably published your first book and are probably writing your second one. I hope that it worked out well because currently I am still at the beginning stages and don't exactly know where the story will take me. Maybe we even have a dog by this point? Do we still live on Trata? Did your embroidery business take off at any point? Did you lose anybody else? I wish you all the best and I will try my best to make our dreams a reality. Love, Tia from the past P.S.: You are strong and loved.
