A letter from April 1st, 2021

Dear FutureMe, first of all, i hope you are still using this email... so i write to you from my flat w sav alone on a thursday night... i am 20 years old and when you get this you will be 25 which is like the wildest thing in the world i just hope you are doing okay you know. i (we?) have gone through so much mental health **** and i guess i just want you to be like content i am currently doing internship applications and i guess well hopefully you have a job in london and you get to go get pret lunches and be 20-something in the city i also guess covid is over and you get to leave the country and have adventures at night time in europe when its hot and you are with your friends and the world is your oyster at 3am its the 1st of april today and easter is on sunday. i have plans to go see georgina and ash and jake and whoever for easter brunch on sunday. who are your friends now? how do you remember this time? ok i love you
