A letter from March 23rd, 2021

 Dear FutureMe, You probably forgot about this letter after a week so I hope you are surprised. I am currently in the last grade and about to write Matura exams which won’t be that bad as you have already known it. Everyone is healthy but I know that after these 5 years a lot can and will change. I am not even worried about you. It’s weird but I know that you can understand it. No matter what you will do, you will always find the way to get out of any bad situation. Love… It’s something unpredictable. It is the only thing who has no power to control. It can ruin you and that’s why you are afraid. Where are you? I don’t know and that’s fine for me. I hope you went to places we always dreamed of like Athens in Greek or black beaches in Iceland. You know that you need the sun to stay positive and lack of it makes you feel down. Remember about Gods who have been helping you through your whole life, they didn’t forget about you. I promise I’m gonna to end you if you have done nothing to make your life better! Yes it is a threat from your young self, you know that we are capable of doing unusual things which others call “magical” so do not mess with me, okay? But anyway, be social, be funny, do not be like me – young version of you, let people in and do not fake anything. Do you remember when you were sunbathing in 2020 and you could feel sun on your skin and air around you? I wish you moments like that, when you were united with the world and felt like nothing could come between you and nature.
