Hey you, me, it’s me.
The date is 8th March 2021- lockdown is slowly ending and tomorrow I’m getting tested at school. The last year or so has been weird as hell- missed my GCSEs, that trip to Borneo, etc etc. To be honest though I think I used the time pretty well, seeing as I spent about two hours every day playing basketball (wonder if I’m still a fan - dark days for the Rockets atm), did a few online lessons, had a term of school but other than that there’s been a lot of sitting around. Life is pretty calm at the moment, seeing as my biggest worry is where to sit in the hall at lunch on Wednesday. Other than Anya - yeah she really had you ****** up for a good while. I definitely missed my chance last term because man I needed to grow a pair of balls - she gave you so many signs!🤦♂️Wonder where she is now. Anyway, hopefully in 5 years I’m doing alright. I’m currently applying for that army scholarship, wonder how that turned out. I doubt I’ll get it but who knows. I hope you’re doing alright mentally. If you’re not, seriously consider getting help. 16 year old you would be proud.
Remember that game red dead redemption 2? Yeah of course you do. If you fancy some nostalgia play unshaken by D’angelo, I’m confident it’ll still give you shivers down your spine. Anyway, that’s all from 16 year old you - don’t forget to keep in shape, eat well and get sleep. I don’t know what other inspiring stuff to say, I’m 16. Oh yeah, be confident in yourself. I can’t lie, you’re pretty cool 😎.
Sincerely,
Tom Hayward L6NPW
