Time Travelled — almost 5 years

Peaceful right?

Dear FutureMe, I have little self control. I don't bother getting up early, working out or eating healthily. I am lacking that self discipline which is so important. I can spend hours and hours and hours on my phone and not feel accomplished at all but still won't do anything productive. I hope i learn to stop procrastinating and just be a better person. I know i should. But that is something i need to work on. I need to be better. I want to be able to stick to a routine and be consistent. In the future, i want to consistently go to the gym, consistently eat healthy, consistently get my work done early, consistently work hard and consistently make memories. Please help me. I just want to stop feeling bad about not doing stuff. I don't want to have regrets. I want to live.
