A letter from February 21st, 2021

Time Travelled — almost 5 years

Peaceful right?

Dear FutureMe, At least five years will have passed since I wrote this letter for you, I mean, for me. It's highly likely you forgot writting this letter, but maybe you've just started to remember it while you're reading this. Here, everyone is fine, everyone does their job and we're all together at home, but, apart from the coronavirus situation, nothing interesting happens. I think we haven't had Covid yet, only a few family members have passed it. However, even so, it would be great if this situation ended as soon as possible and thus we got back to normality. I wish everything were much better by the time you're reading this letter. I'd like to know how you doing, but that's impossible so I hope you're doing well. As you know, I'm still studying at the high school and right now I'm in the middle of the grade. Although I'm not sure what I want to be, when I finish the high school, I'm going to keep studing science at university, and maybe become a biochemist. Shall I get it? You'll know if I have push myself enough. What's more, I want to tell you that you're a good person and you have to love yourself more. Take care of those you love and keep growing and making better memories. I wonder if I will have done a lot of new friends, if I will have gone to study abroad, if I'll be with my girlfriend... We have been together for almost sixteen months. We don't see each other too much but I text her every day and when I'm with her I'm the happiest boy in the world. I love her so much!!! I hope you, FutureMe me, will be so much better than current me, but, especially, happier which is difficult. So don't give up, do whatever you want as much as possible and enjoy your life, alone and with family and friends. Love, PastMe
