A letter from February 13th, 2021

Time Travelled — almost 5 years

Peaceful right?

Dear Old Lady, I was just thinking. By the end of this year- the year 2021- I will be a Fresher. I'll be in highschool, and I'll have all these unrealistic expectations, I'll have Harmony and Julianna, and I'll be taking classes I've never done before! It's just hitting me how old I'm getting. I won't be thirteen anymore. That's crazy. I'll be fourteen! 14! You know, I've always thought that life is sort of long. That I'll live 79 years and that it will feel like forever but, it really isn't that long at all. That's a bit cliche, but whatever. I want to remember my youth as much as possible. I want to remember the coronavirus, my friends, my trips to Nevada, hiking, Milo, my first boyfriend- all of it. I'm going to try to document as much as I can in as little amount of places as possible while also reaching the most communication I can at the same time. My email is covered by these letters, my covid journal is here in my room. I wonder if I can bury a bunch of photos somewhere... Just an 11:00 thought, 13-year-old you
