Dear FutureMe, Hi it’s me Mariam. You remember me right? Don’t roll your eyes at me you ARE me ok we have the same sense of humour. You look pretty today. Ok I just wanted to check where you’re up to with the whole Raamiz thing. You married yet? Getting married? Do you remember the songs I wanted? (Angana pool ******** for the baraat and leja leja for the mehndi) if you don’t like those anymore that’s ok. I hope you’re in love. If not that’s ok. Remember how good it feels? You’re gonna feel that good again I promise with my pinky. You are so sweet and kind and a lot of people love you. Let them love you please. Oh and thank you for staying alive. You beautiful thing 😭you’re meant for splendid things you know. Don’t let anyone make you feel any different. How’s the family? Zahra baji had any babies yet? Anything can happen in 5 years so I want you to know that no matter what, you are loved. By me at least. I want the best for us and I want you to push on with courage.
