A letter from January 29th, 2021

Dear FutureMe, Hello me, it is currently Friday January 29 2021 in English class. You will receive exactly 5 years from now. I’m you but as a sophomore in 7th period. So what are we doing now. I’m still confused on what I actually want to do when I grow up so I wonder what I’m doing now. What college am I in, did I ever get the band scholarship or did I stay a bum and not care. Do I have a job, I just applied currently to McDonald’s. Still haven’t heard anything yet so I don’t know what I’m going to do. Do I still have that raggedy old gmc. Also what is the world like. Right now we have been in a pandemic for around a year and it sucks a lot. Did we get rid of it or is half the population dead and it is a post apocalypse waist land. What is levie doing, he said something about financing or whatever. What about the pets. Anyway, let’s get to the important things, you still a loner or do I actually have a life. Is call of duty good now. Do people still play Minecraft? Any girlfriend? Do we still live in crown point. What iPhone are you on now? What about school? Did we do good as a senior? I’m guessing nothing really changed. I feel like everyone changes when they grow up except us. But anyway I was wondering what my dreams are now. Am I still clueless on my future or did I figure stuff out. Ok well I got to go so see you later.
