Time Travelled — almost 5 years

Peaceful right?

Hi future me! You’ll probably read this in 5 years (it’s 2021 now, in 5 years you’ll be 21 years old!) but now we’re 4 days ‘till our anniversary, already turning 16!! I hope you still love your birthday, because if you don’t I’ll be incredibly sad, we always loved our birthday. Last year was really hard. We stayed more than 4 months indoors without seeing family or friends, but then we started visiting our brother because we were getting really sad, and then mom started visiting our aunties and we had to go with her. It’s been almost a year and we still can’t see our friends, we’re trying our best to respect quarantine, we miss them and it sucks, but we’re fine, we’re getting through this. In this quarantine we discovered some new things we love: we now absolutely love One Direction which is something really funny and sad at the same time because they’re no longer together; we started drawing, even if we’re really bad at this, and we finally start to like what we see in mirror, we can’t love it yet but it’s a progress. We got closer, if it’s possible, to our best friend (I hope she still being your best friend I swear to GOD or I’ll punch you in the face) and our family, and now, more than ever, we’re extremely grateful for them. We’ve watched Teen Wolf for the fourth time, by the way. We’re fine, and it’s great to feel fine. I want you to give all of you and strive for your dreams, run for it, and I’m serious. It’s really hard, but, please, never give up on something that is important to you, make me proud, do all the things I can’t do because I’m afraid. We have so much potential, we’re incredibly smart, we can do everything we want, and If I didn't get there, I hope you do it for me. Go travel the world, it’s our dream. Don’t give up on our exchange, it’s our childhood dream. If we’re not there yet, be famous, you have talent, be an actress, a singer, people would love you, it’s my dream to be able to do something big, change the world, I hope we still look for it. And if we don’t, it’s okay, we are constantly changing our minds anyway, and we still want to graduate from college, right? I hope you're happy doing what you're doing, to be honest we have no idea how the future is gonna be at the moment. Never stop singing, we love doing it, just like reading and writing. Make mom and dad proud, be the nicest auntie you can be, continue being a good sister, a good daughter, a good niece, a good friend and person. Continue being kind and having a good heart, sometimes things will get tough but you can pass through anything. In 5 years from now, I’ll want to know how things went. Sincerely, you.
