A letter from January 15th, 2021

Dear FutureMe, Are you still alive? Did you manage to overcome this feeling? Probably not. But I wish you do. I truly wish you overcame this. And if you’re still alive let me tell you something: 18 year old you is proud of you. Very proud. Because right now she can’t fathom living another day. She truly can’t stand it being so weak but nonetheless she’s still to weak to say goodbye to living. She envies you. Where did your strength come from? Did you change? Or did the environment around you change? You may still hate yourself but the you 5 years ago looks up to you. You managed to come this far. See you in 5 years hopefully (more or less)
