A letter from January 14th, 2021

Hey Merlin, Warrior Ran-D just got your E-Mail from January 14th of 2017. You just had perfect timing with that mail. Yesterday was pretty awful because I was so obsessed with the Application for Four Music at Sony Music. You hoped I would crush my goals and I guess in some ways I am but not the way that you would expect it. I'm not famous yet and also don't have a lot of money but I found that my goal is to be happy here and now in this moment. You can achieve this by being present and seeing the joy that you can get by just being alive. You also asked me: "Still Consciuos???" I don't know if you knew what you said there but you nailed it. That's the point. Experiencing this life as consciousness, no reasons to be afraid and just a beautiful ride to be enjoyed. Don't contemplate on what you need to get to be happy, it's here right now. You gotta dig through those layers of thoughts and emotions, then you know what I mean. That's the truth I found, so quite similar, I forgot that you've been this far back then. Sadly time travel isn't possible yet, otherwise I'd love to give this letter to you. I was a little frustrated today and yesterday but not as bad. You are completely right about that you can start over always. The one thing you were probably missing was the importance of the current moment in this process. NOW is always the time. It's the only thing to be fair. I actually like what I'm doing, not really in a bad place to be honest. Im about to finish my second internship and then want to study music business. Had some ups and downs last year but learned a lot. Also I hitchhiked through the UK for 3 months in 2019, didn't expect that huh? (okay maybe you thought it'd be sth like it) I just listened to Warrior by Ran-D and Wildstylez. Yes this is my world I'm on top of it because it is inside of me. You beautifully put it "Stay conscious and have a clear mind, which is not distorted by small unnecessary things.", couldn't have said it better! Love you too man I appreciate that you wrote this mail, really gave me motivation and I don't know, I somehow feel like you're still out there. Probably because you're still part of me. Ps: Yeah school wasn't really your thing haha, hated it while you were in there and you will be pretty happy when you're out there (alright maybe you miss it sometimes as well) PsPs: That's an interesting fact, appreciate you sharing it! PsPsPs: Well how do I say this, you had a girlfriend : Sarah. Actually you met here like 3 months after you wrote that letter. (although you were'nt officially "together" for half a year). You both broke up in October 2019 though we had a great time together and she is still in your heart. Not that you want her back but something deeper is still there. So sorry no girlfriend, but you'll have one soon, enjoy it!
