A letter from January 13th, 2021

Dear FutureMe, I hope when you see this you are still alive and healthy as well as your parents. I know that you've been struggling a lot, too many breakdowns, heartache this past few years and you've made it this far is a big achievement. I hope you already found your own peace. I hope right now you are happy and content with your life or with your partner if you already have one. I hope you fulfill your parents and spoil them as much as you can, but if you are still building your dreams I know that someday you will successfully achieve your ambitions at the right time and in God's perfect time. Always trust God in the process. Wait for your turn because I believe that God has a perfect plan for you. I wish you Get married, experience walking at the Altar with the person who is ready to be with you through thick and thin, sickness and in health, and build your own family. I AM SO PROUD OF YOU because you didn't give up despite all of the challenges you've been through. Always be proud of what you've become today. YOU ARE A SURVIVOR! and whenever you are right now always remember where you came from. I pray that someday when you receive this I hope you look back to your past and just laugh. Celebrate small things because little things matter especially if you worked hard to achieve those things without somebody's help. I hope you already found yourself when you receive this letter. I hope you've come out of your comfort zone, experience all the things you wanted to experience without hearing any opinions, don't let them into you, don't let them **** your dream if you want something, go for it. Learn to say NO when you are not comfortable around others. It is not wrong to put yourself first, love yourself because there is no permanent in this world, just YOU. Learn to embrace and accept your flaws, let go of your insecurities instead go for it as an inspiration to build the best version of yourself. Those failures you will go through is a lesson from God. Learn from your mistakes, don't let them ruin everything, your mistakes don't define who you are. And, you have to understand that people come and go. That's life. Stop holding on to those who have let go of you long ago. But if somebody stays by your side, appreciate them and be thankful. Maybe God erases some people from your life because they are not worth it for you. While you are writing this, you are a 1st-year Psychology student. I hope after 5 years whenever you receive this or not you’ve just graduated from that course with or without honor. Make your Papa and Mama happy and satisfied :) ROOTING FOR U!! MY FUTURE SELF.
