Time Travelled — almost 5 years

Peaceful right?

Dear FutureMe, How you doin ? As I type this, you're about to tell your family that you're not gonna come for christmas on the 24th with them this year. You're scared of their reaction, you know it's gonna be hard on your mom and grandmother and feel like you're letting them down. But you also know that you're doing this for you mental health. Which is doing better I hope. Living at your parents house at 25 is no joke. Having no job cause you feel numb and choosing a new career path scares you. It's also very hard to succeed while living in a middle of a ******g pandemic. I know you remember but here is a little reminder of where you were, 12.22.2020 at 5.20pm. On your bed, in your parents house, no job to go to, the highest anxiety you ever had, just started seeing a psy, want to be a fleurist but to scared to do so, no boyfriend, not that many friends left and feeling like you have covid every two hours for no reason other than you brain saying you do. How ever bad is your life right now, just take this time remembering how bad it was before and how much you did in the past five years. It may not seems like it but I promise you, you've done good. Don't be too hard on yourself. The only thing I hope you've worked on is to not take **** from anyone. Do you boo. Maybe people are still judging you for the choices you're making but don't bother. Closed minded people are not worth the fight. Before I go, if this website is still working, try to write something for the 35 years old you, like I just did. Keep smiling and hope for her the same I hope for you. You deserve happiness. (And yes, if you're still the same you're gonna find it so cheesy but hey, it's fun !)
