A letter from December 20th, 2020

Dear FutureMe, You’ll remember 2020 for the hard parts. We thought seriously about suicide for the first time in a decade.. But I kept going for you. I hope you’re a nurse who found passion in a specialty you love. I hope you wake up next to someone who loves you, even the parts you think are unloveable, every single day. I hope you’re brave enough now to answer your own questions, instead of letting them eat away at you slowly. I hope you’ve forgiven yourself. But most importantly I hope you’re HAPPY.
