A letter from December 18th, 2020

Dear Future Me, Wow you turned 18 today, I really hope your reading this if your not it probably means that you couldn't handle the pressure of this very cruel world. Oh and if you are reading this Happy 18th birthday congrats you made it is it everything you ever dreamed of or is it the harsh world you had nightmares about. Sorry this is probably embarrassing reading this from your 13 year old past self but get over it your stuck with me forever. I'm sure you made some questionable decisions this year but but you stuck with your intuition so hopefully everything turned out well. Do you have any friends? Boyfriend/Girlfriend even? You probably don't being as I know your an independent woman. If you do I'm proud of you. Unless you in an abusive relationship then please tell someone I know it might be scary to tell someone but please do anyways. I hope your not still self harming and if you are then please stop I know that's easier said then done but I promise you you'll regret it especially if you still want flawless skin. anyways enough of the depressing subject your gonna be graduating high school this year! Really tho I'm proud of you Much love, 13 year old you:) (who is the president right now I think it gonna be Kamala Harris I guess I'll find out if I was right when I read this message)
