Time Travelled — almost 5 years

Peaceful right?

Dear FutureMe, Hello, Me! Thought I'd check in. I just had a poetic thought that I'll share as a lesson, though I'm not sure whether or not you need it. Everyone knows that when life gives you lemons, you make lemonade. But nobody knows what happens if it doesn't. Well, for one thing, you can grow your own lemons. But if you can't, you don't spend your whole life looking for them. You'll walk by wide-open doors and sunsets of fire spread across the sky like butter. This world has music so beautiful it can fill you will warmth that spreads to your fingertips and make you believe you can fly, but you won't find any of it if you're only looking for lemons. Sometimes the best things aren't what you're looking for. Don't become so focused on one color that the others disappear. If you block out anything that isn't the color you're looking for, you'll be shocked at how much will disappear. Let the good things find you. Let yourself you and feel everything as deeply as you can so that you don't miss anything; there's so much out there that you just don't see. Good luck and enjoy<3
