A letter from November 27th, 2020

Dear FutureMe, Yesterday was Thanksgiving. Scott and I worked together to create a big feast for just the two of us. Turkey tenderloin, 2 kinds of gravy, 2 kinds of stuffing (one with raisins and one without), too-cheesy green bean casserole, a botched version of scalloped potatoes (I blame the Dutch oven), and last but certainly not least, seasoned and buttered Hawaiian rolls. Today I heated a cheesy potato bake i premise yesterday, and it turned out fabulous, if I do say so myself. I love you, take care of yourself.
