A letter from November 26th, 2020

Dear Future me, First of all, I just wanted to mention that I took like two hits from a bong so like ... you know I'm high. Anyway, Just know that I am going to be very random through out the letter you are just weird and loca like that. I'm just gonna ramble and not think about what to write bc I am just going to let my typing take me away. Okay so right now you are unemployed bc RedEye got you laid off... sooo now you are waiting to hear back from an interview you attended last week. You have like 13 cents in your banking account lmaoooooo.... so broke. But see, that's the thing, I feel like God is humbling me because soon enough, I will make the money I've always dreamed about having. By always i mean summer2020, the year I was finally inspired to get rich and not see it as a filthy, wrong thing to do. I told myself that I was going to give back to: Fabiola, Papa Nelson & Mama hilda, the Obregons, Estefany & Kim, the Barahonas, Mama Princess & Papa AC, Vitalina & her parents Marianna & her family, Raquel, and last but not least, my beautiful family in Bolivia, in some way. I hope that my grandmothers are still alive in the future of course but I want to be so financially stable that I can pay for their retirement homes or have them live with me. Maria, I hope that you remain humble and never EVER forget where you came from. Never forget the determination you had to get yourself into college. It was year 2018 and you were living in Bolivia. You said that you did not see yourself going to college there and you had to do what you could to study in the United States. You thought that your childhood was rough enough already, you had no idea what was coming towards you later. Your ****** abuse from your step father, the confused emotions about *** ... it wasn't up until summer2020 you learned that *** is supposed to be a beautiful thing, not have a terrible, dirty-like feeling. Crazy enough, you met the one boy who is finally going to be your first boyfriend. Let's see where you're at now in five years LOL ..... will you be w/ Celso (currentboo) or will be single at 25 years old lmfaoooo .... Will you be married out of impulse or will you have baby .... haha okie maria take a chill pill & STICK to the IUD pendeja!! Get that degree sis and idek wth I wanna be in the future ya girl is confused ATM. But one thing I do know is that you want to be rich and educated. A high reach goal of mine right now is to have a grey Audi eventually... they are so **** you want to get your hands on them so bad now. You really like modern houses right now and wouldn't be amazing if you actually owned a house like that with your significant other?? I hope that your significant other is a good man and that he treats you well with respect especially. I also hope that you are an even BADDER ***** than u are now lolol. Be a role model for your children. Help and inspire others to reach for their dreams. Shed a light in other people's lives and see the positive in everything. Remember that life will always have it's high and lows and it will just be a matter of how you choose to respond to the given situation. I love you Maria and never lose faith in God or yourself!
