Also hope you still use this email address regularly and this email doesn’t go to spam cos I couldn’t think of other ways to follow up. Guess what? It’s been 5 years and I still care about your finances 🤣. Just reminding you that you bought insurance on your couch from Living Spaces on November 2020 and per our conversation you stated that if you didn’t use the insurance you could get a FULL REFUND within 5 years. The cost of insurance was 15% off the purchase price of your couch which you said was ~$1k so ~$150 is the cost of your insurance. Though I would check on that if I were you because I looked it up and it says you should have a “Win Win” certificate where if you don’t file a claim within the coverage period, you can apply the full amount you paid for insurance towards another Living Spaces purchase.
