A letter from November 5th, 2020

Dear FutureMe, Heyyy older Zaara. Its our birthday right now, how is yours going? Today wasn't that great because of the coronavirus, you know. It is starting to spike again, and that means that we are completely quarantining ourselves again. I didn't get to see any of our friends, but they did wish me happy birthday. Are you still in touch is Rebecca, Ava, Sophia, Michele, or anyone from 8th grade. It will be amazing if you are. The elections are happening right now, Nevada is taking way to long, but hopefully Biden will win. Who did win, and who is president in your time now. You should be graduating soon when you read this. Did you actually make any new friends, omg what high school did you end up going to!? Are you still interested in medical, cause I really am now. How is our family, hope they are still great. Is Aleena and Haadiya still the favorite children? Please don't give our parents a hard time, you know since your a teen and everything. Did you continue karate after covid-19, if it did end? Did you guys and up moving somewhere besides Kearny Ave. Has the world changed a lot since 8th grade, for the better or the worst. Anyway, hope you actually lost some weight and had a glow up, we really needed it. If I had any advice to give you, it will be to believe in yourself, and stop overthinking things. I love you, and hope that things worked out for yourself.
