A letter from October 31st, 2020

Dear FutureMe, Hi, its a good saturday. Finally! a much needed downtime after a hectic week juggling two jobs. There's a promising tomorrow for your career but who knows what will happen in five years. By the time you'll read this it would be October 31, 2025. By God's grace, you'll be 29. I want you to sit down and answer questions that your 24 self is asking you. 1. Did you travel with your parents? 2. Have you travelled outside of the country? 3. Are you still with Charlie? 4. Are you married? 5. Do you find fulfillment in your career? 6. How's your family? 7. How's your New York plans? 8. Have you saved enough like you said you would? 9. Are you still catholic? 10. Do you still do fun and viral tiktok videos? Make a video answering these questions. Whatever and wherever you are by the time you get this, I'm so proud of you! Your choices makes you who you are. If things turned out great for you, let this remind you to be grounded. Yet if things didn't go out as planned, this is your reminder of how enthusiastic and promising I imagined your future would be. So go out there, you can still do so much! I hope you still had that childlike streak in you. I hope you're still carefree and joyful. I hope that even if life gets hard, you still kept your core intact.
