A letter from October 28th, 2020

Dear FutureMe, Wow, you’re so upset right now . i really hope in a few years tha changed , i wonder if you’re still alive today . How many kids do you have ? Love them as much as possible because you remember when you felt unloved ? Always check up on them , never make them feel left out at all. How are your siblings doing ? How is your momma, you’re only 16 . I know it’s a lot of pressure , especially when your mom tells you she doesn’t want you in her house anymore . But she doesn’t realizes that you’re hurting . But aye , please , turn things around . if things are good turn them around. Dont hurt yourself . You actually have people who love you , Who you’re talkin to right now ? What job are you doing . Lol right now you want a toxic relationship cause you think it’s “fun”. You kno boys don’t want to settle right now, you told yourself when you get older it will mature. Who is the special man ? you just turned 21 2 weeks ago YOURE LEGAL !!!!! Go have fun do what you couldn’t do at 16 . Enjoy life . How is basketball going ? i hope you didn’t quit .... You really loved that sport , how your old friends going are y’all still talkin ? How is your grandma ? did she get to see you turn 21... after your read this go watch some childhood shows and listen to some of the theme songs . i promise you will cry , you did it today listening to victorious theme song on tiktok lol . How is the state going , did anything change ? How did highschool go ? Remember and always remember . I love you if no one else does. All the attempts and all the nights you cried alone . i know it’s very hard lol . i really hope thing changed from the past 5 years . (DONT FORGET YOUR GROUPCHAT) but you’re 21 , don’t stay in the house doing nothin go have fun , you’re free. Let me know how successful you are , just because you’re 21 PLEASE I REPEAT PLEASE DONT STOP FOR ANYONE. you made bad mistakes as a 16 year old . it’s life parent don’t understand that . just 2 more years of it and you can experience real life . i really hope you made it to see 21 . i hope you changed your generation around . your famil first millionaire? if not , make your kid the first one . WHATEVER your kid want to do in life support it because you didn’t have that support . make sure he/she get the things they need to achieve that goal. if it’s basketball (like you wanna do) then get her a goal and a basketball , get her some basketball shoes , sign her up,knee brace and all. dont be scared to spend the little money you have . that little money can be life changing . dont be scared to tell your child no . buh before you say no ask why . Dont be too harsh on em , they have feelings too , this not will motivate me to keep myself going so i’m the next five years i can read this wih tears in my eyes . The world is crazy right now i hope it changed . never settle for less . there is soo much to say buh its not comin to my head right now .. but please .
