A letter from October 24th, 2020

Time Travelled — almost 5 years

Peaceful right?

Dear FutureMe, I don't know if we will ever get to receive this letter, but if we do, I'd like to say a few things. Firstly, I hope that by now, we will be free from the wrath of mother. I hope that I will be free to love who I want, without her breathing down my neck. I pray that *** marriage won't be overturned, and if it is, we will fight back.I hope that people of all colors will be free from prejudice. I hope that by now, we are in college and traveling the world as we please. Most of all, I hope that I will be traveling with the love of my life by my side and we'll be together until the day we die. I'm thinking of that person right now, and future me better make some good choices so that we don't lose her. I don't have much else to say, I suppose that'll be it.
