How's life going? Are you stressed? Over worked either by a job and or worry? If so, then calm the **** down take a deep, deep breath and release it on the count of five. Stop and think about what Needs to be done and what can wait. After that do those things at need to be down or at the very least start/ finish some of it, and then lay down and have your break down because sometimes it is best to have one and let out all of that frustration and negative emotions than to bury it deep enough in your soul that it is forgotten at that very moment and let it fester and grow. after the break down you should do something for yourself that you haven't down in a while. and then good luck with everything else. š
