A letter from October 18th, 2020

Dear FutureMe, How's it going bud? Are you a successful person yet? No? Eh, I didn't expect you to be, so no worries. I currently enjoy a few things in life, food, video games, walking, band, and my friends. Chrisitan is a pretty cool dude. Ashton Post is a pretty cool dude. Jake is a pretty cool dude. **** is a pretty cool dude. You? Well, you're not. Do you still live with your parents or have you fiinally moved? If you did, did you go to Texas like I wanted you to? I still think it's a good idea. It's either that or Florida, both seem like good choices to me. Military maybe? I'm currently thinking about Navy EOD or something of the sort, I guess we'll see. If not, a life of accounting it is. I hope you have a good life, honestly right now isn't that great. I've had good times, but there's plenty of bad times thrown in between. Maybe by the time I'm older like you I can start loving myself a little bit more or at least accept the bad times. I tried to become a "stoic" for a while, but that just made me look like I hated the world as I kept telling myself to not show emotions. To be honest, I don't like sharing my emotions, but I sometimes really need to. Hopefully you're in a better place than I am. Just to be clear in case you forgot, I'm not in any way depressed, just in sad boi hours. I honestly don't know of any current memes for you to reminisce on, but right now my favorite memes are political compass memes (I'm voting Trump btw. I know, maybe cringe, but he's the best choice), doge memes ( my fav character from the dogelore universe is murphy, mainly because of his hat and general character), and due to the election season, there's also a lot of fake "progressive" pages that take everyday things and go to extremes to call them racist or ******, it's good comedy. The current most popular game is Among Us, it's a pretty fun game, but I can already see it starting to go down in trendiness, so there's no doubt you won't be playing it by the time you get this. Well I think that's it, happy birthday dude. I turn 18 today btw, well tomorrow, but I'm counting as today since I'll forget to do this tomorrow. Woohoo adult time.
