Dear Future Me,
I hope you are not wishing yourself to die, I hope you stopped thinking about it. We had a lot of hardships this year, be it with family or within yourself. I know that we had a lot of problems with ourselves now. I hope you learned how to get angry now, what I mean is, I hope you get to have that courage to express yourself when something really upsets you. I hope you finally learned how to say no and value yourself. Please forgive yourself for the bad decisions you made and for the things you'll do in the future. Please don't worry so much. I hope you minimized your breakdowns. Don't do self-harm, please. I don't know if your past self is depressed but we haven't had ourselves diagnosed so please don't conclude. But if you are currently not feeling good, please have someone go with you and get check ups already. I'm proud of you, for sticking up with yourself. Love her more, because you are important. You are valued. Share what your mind wants to say, don't be ashamed of sharing your thoughts. I hope you find those people or that person who's willing to hear your thoughts regardless of how little or simple it may sound. Please don't be afraid to speak what's in your mind. Be loud as much as you can. Smile because you look beautiful. Your past self has become really sad a lot. I hope you are really doing well now. Have you got real anxiety disorder and depression? I really hope you don't because that's what I'm scared of having but I can't erase the thought that what if I have it right now? You deserve so much happiness. Bring back your passion, she really misses you. Have you lose weight? Everyone around your past self wants you to lose weight. I hope you do it for yourself and not just because they said so. I love you. Please take care always and greet this year with your new you. Write me a future letter again! Update me what's happened. I'll be waiting!
