Time Travelled — almost 5 years

Peaceful right?

Dear FutureMe, In 5 years I don’t know where I’ll be if I’m being honest. I’m 17 years old and haven’t a clue of what I want to strive to be when I get older, or even where I want to go to college. I do have somewhat of an idea on where I’d like to be at concerning a family and a home though. When I’m 22 years old, I want to have a stable job that pays enough for bills/expenses, but also enough to be able to buy “wants” and not only “needs.” I want to be conscious of my money and actually budget it to set myself up for the future. I just want a job that makes me happy though, that’s all I ask for. I don’t want to become a person who dreads each and every day because of their job. I want to have completed at least 2 or 3 years of college. If I’m in a good enough position in life and have a significant other who I truly feel like I’m going to be with for the rest of my life, I would like to have had 1 kid by then. I want to stay fit, continue to go on bike rides, and just be able to have fun. I want to travel the world more than a lot of things that are on my “bucket list,” so hopefully if I don’t decide to have a child by then, that’s what I’ll be doing. I want to live my life to the fullest while I’m young so that when I’m older I have plenty of amazing stories to tell my kids and grandchildren :)
