A letter from August 25th, 2020

Dear FutureMe, It is Aug of 2020 and life is crazy because of the COVID pandemic. Some people are scared and some are living life like nothing is happening. I am being as careful as possible but at the same time, we all have to live our lives. In five years I hope I will have gone to a trade school and landed a good-paying job. Maybe I will meet someone that is worth meeting. These teenage girls play too many games. In five years I will have a good job in a trade, maybe welding or machine tooling. Some mistakes I hope to avoid are getting in a serious relationship before I am ready, going into debt and not living my life for me. I can make sure not to make these mistakes by just being good friends, I can make a budget and save and I can make sure I do what makes me happy and still be there for my family and friends. Remember you can do anything you set your mind to. Best Wishes, Your Past Self
