A letter from August 19th, 2020

Dear FutureMe, This is the past you from August 2020. I just wanted to see how you’re doing. 2025 seems so far away. Who knows what will happen in the meantime. By the time you read this, you’ll most likely have gotten your Bachelors years ago. You’ll have moved out of mom’s small apartment and you’re now living on your own with a cat in that apartment you wanted. Two whole election cycles will have passed(maybe AOC is president!) and your Youtube channel will have grown. You’ll have a job and maybe even a boyfriend/girlfriend. By now I assume you’ve released a game or are working on it now. You haven’t heard the word “coronavirus” in years and are doing better financially. You’re 27 years old and doing great. Either way, I hope you’re in a better place than I am right now. I’m about to face the years that you look back on, with no idea what happens next. With love, 2020 Brittany
