Time Travelling — over 5 years

Peaceful right?

Dear FutureMe, hi 20 year old kylie! i hope you're doing well, even though you're not atm. i'm 15 while writing this and i'll be 20 when i receive this. it's currently 2:00am as im writing this, your sister just woke your mom up to tell her you were being loud and she couldn't sleep because you were on facetime with your girlfriend cassidy. sounds like every night. tbh, idk if you're alive at this age. i can't imagine living past 16. if you're alive and reading this, i hope you ran out of that place and never came back. i hope you're in new york or in some place far, far away. maybe you're living in new york with cassidy as you both promised. maybe things didn't work out and you're single. maybe you're dead. i really hope it's the first option. i have high hopes for future me. and honestly, as much as i don't want to be alive rn, i want to live; i want to continue living. there's so many things i want to do, some many places i want to visit, so many foods i want to taste, so many things i want to experience. there's nothing i want more than for you to be happy and free. please be happy for me. please be the happy kylie i couldn't be. even if you're going through a rough time rn, you will overcome it. you overcame all those times and kept going when you thought you couldn't. you didn't go through hell your teenage years for nothing. make all the effort it took to get you where you are, worth it. as of right now, i hope i make it so i can read this in the future and say "we made it". i hope you're safe, happy, healthy, wherever you are.
