A letter from May 26th, 2020

Time Travelled — almost 6 years

Peaceful right?

Dear Genesis🥺, this is a letter you have made in the summer before 7th grade. Yes I made it into 7th grade. So this letter is for my 18 year old self. Well we both have a lot to cover. To start off how have you been doing. Now to start with goals. I hope you are a successful graduating student with honors and proud parents. Get good grades and do sports. But also get over eh fear of singing in front of people. Hopefully you are also a singer. I also hope you are happy , have a boyfriend, have good friends, and trust and believe in god. Hopefully your high school years were the absolute best. Like going out with friends or your future boyfriend, or going to the mall to shop, and being the best you can. 😭just writing this makes me cry! Don’t be selfish or greedy have a good personality and be confident. Your childhood was the best, I got bullied half my school years , got crushed by my own crushes and , had to get rid of some friends. But always remember god took some people out of your life because he heard conversations you didn’t. You better be confident and be strong and love yourself. Hopefully you make it! Be a good daughter , unlike how horrible you were in 6th grade. Be a loving and mature daughter with your parents. Be a good sister have fun with your sisters and be close. Never ever bring friend before family. Friends don’t always last but family does. Hopefully you and your best friends are still friends. I hope you are reading this on your graduation day , with your friends and family. I hope you are very beautiful and not single. And I hope you are pursuing your dreams of being a singer. And most important of all believe in god and worship him. Remember that god carried you when your legs couldn’t carry yourself 🥺🥰 well good luck in life and stay happy
