Time Travelled — about 6 years

Peaceful right?

Dear FutureMe, Hey, It's 18 year old David. it is currently 6:42am on a Tuesday morning and the sun is just now rising. Your phone and computer background are bojack. You're staying in the Yura Mudang in room 907b at UTS. I'm writing this to check-up on you. Right now times are a little difficult but you're still happy. You're at the point where you are maturing from your adolescent naiveness and you're starting to get a feel for life. Mental health is kind of okay too, It's a bit shaky sometimes but you take meds for it now. I guess I should tell you what is going on right now. Pandemic is coming to a close. You're seeing a girl named Grace and you're not sure how you feel about her. Lorna is still being amazing and you have a slight crush on her friend Syroni. You currently way ~100kg and am about ~188cms tall. You can't play AFL right now because you're knee is home to "acute trauma". Your 2 favourite songs right now are "weekend" by Mac Miller and "One type of dark" Ta-Ku remix, I hope you give them both a listen again. Right now you aren't sure if you want to stay in uni or what. In the coming months you're going to take on LWB in court. Next year you're speaking at the UN, I really hope that you've made the most of that opportunity. You're also a little worried about Charlie. He smokes pot and drinks quite a bit and he's not even 16 yet. Right now you should be in Qatar at the world cup, I really home Argentina win, anyone but France would be great, I hope Dad and Charlie came too. I am trying to send this to you on your 21st and maybe your 25th birthday. In complete honesty davygravy I hope you've grown to be able to hand "normal" life. I hope you've moved on from the care system and trying to fix it, you shouldn't let your past define you. Live a life you're happy with man. Best of wishes, 2020 David
