A letter from May 24th, 2020

Dear Rachel, I'm 16 right now. It March 24, 2020 at 11:37 AM on a sunday. How are you? Did you become a software developer like you wanted? How was college? Do you have a boyfriend? Are you happy? These are sort of my last days as a child. My days are really numbered. I'm trying to live it all, but i've missed out on so much. I just hope you've got that loft apartment with the staircase that you've always wanted. Are you in California with Samira? I hope you and mom are talking now.
