A letter from the past

Dear FutureMe, Happy Birthday to you! **** you're really 23 years old huh? Wow. You were barely turning 17 as you wrote this. I hope that by today you are almost graduated from college, or already is. I know your dream job is to become a nurse, specifically a labor and delivery nurse. Hopefully you do pursue that path that you've always wanted. I am proud of you because I know college can be stressful since there's a lot of stress to handle. I really don't know what college you will be in, but it doesn't matter, as long as you are getting an education. You will still be with Luis, the love of your life. You will probably already have a baby, be pregnant, or planning to have one. All I know is that you two really want a family together one day and will have one. I hope he is a changed man with goals and is doing something for himself that will benefit him, and your future/present family. I know how much you love him, hopefully soon you guys can be married too. 2015 was the year you guys met, 11 years together, wow that's crazy. Be good to each other and never give up on your love. I also hope your family is happy and is healthy. Take care of your parents and check up on them because they are aging quickly and want to enjoy their presence. Give them a grandchild because you know how much they want one, especially your mom. Be good to them too. Lastly, I hope that by this time you had the opportunity to travel and meet new places that you never imagined yourself to. Do everything you put your mind to because at the end of the day it's your life and if you don't do it, you will regret it. Travel the world with the love of your life, have stories to tell your children one day. Be the cool, loving, and fun mom. Be there for them and let them know that.
