A letter from May 14th, 2020

Dear FutureMe, i dont know if this is the actual day you graduate but congrats. im really so proud of you. i know that you might have thought and tried about ending it so many times. i know i have already. but trust me everyone is so glad you didnt. and if your reading this right now that means that you did it. you survived everything through your darkest times and now your better than ever. i hope. even if you arent at the moment things will get better. nothing lasts forever especially pain. i really hope you convinced dad to get you a skateboard. and got better at photography painting a music. i also really hope you stopped cutting. it hurts people sarah. not just you, but your family. you remember dads face the first time he saw your cuts. he was so disappointed to see you like that i know its hard but you have to see how much your worth. and if you never get the chance to read this then im sorry you couldnt do it. i know how hard it is right now. and maybe we just weren't meant to be in this world for very long. and its okay to not be okay. you dont have to always be perfect. of course i dont think that right now but i hope that you soon realize your worth. and i hope you stopped caring about what other people think about you because it doesnt matter. what matters is that you think you are beautiful. as long as you think that no ones opinion on you matters.
