Time Travelled — almost 6 years

Peaceful right?

Dear FutureMe, I am currently 19 years old about to finish my first year of college. Now I really hope that you have found what you truly want to do in life. Please tell me that you have been experiencing life. I mean we better have been on at least a dozen adventures, kissed whoever the hell we wanted to, made people happy, stayed close we the friends that I had when I was 19, did what made us happy, took risks, picked up a new hobby, listened to great music, gone to concerts, maybe been in relationship or two, had our heartbroken, drank insanely good coffee, had our belly full of all types of food, met new and interesting people, made bad decisions and good ones too, lived in the moment, stopped caring about what others think, and god I hope we are happy. Please do not tell me we are wasting our life away playing by the rules. Life is beautiful and I do not want us to wake up at the age of 45 and think to ourselves " Man I really should have experienced more". Because NEWS FLASH!!!!! Our life is going to be epic and it will not be if weeeee decide that our life is going to be: Waking up, go to a job that we hate since we didn't chose what we actually wanted to pursue, come home, maybe have *** with our husband, and then go to sleep just so we can do that all over again the next day. Like no thanks. I mean I understand that we have to grow up but that does not mean that we cannot enjoy life. That is all I have to say for now. And as the great Ferris Buller once said "Life moves pretty fast. If you don’t stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it." Love, Your crazy self;) (also happy 25th birthday)
