Dear FutureMe,
I hope that when you see this, you will remember what you were doing as a kid. I don't know where you are right now, what you are doing with your life, who you are in love with, or anything of that sort, but I hope that you are happy.
This email to you (or well, me) is a little reminder of everything that you are doing. Tomorrow is your fifteen month anniversary with Travis and you are planning to finally spend one full day with this boy that you think is absolutely wonderful. In this moment, right now, I hope that you (Future Me) are still dating Travis and you love him as much as I do right now, because I really believe that I do. If you aren't married to Travis, or still dating him, or whatever, I hope you are still happy.
I am still in Girl Scouts, not caring about the bad things that people say about it. "Aren't you a little bit old for Girl Scouts?" No, I love my friends and I am doing something good.
You have a new puppy called Charlotte. Well actually, her name was Duchess, but mom insists on changing it. You loved them both. I hope you have dogs that you like. Or cats.
Most of all, I hope that you are happy on your birthday, since this is your birthday after all. Happy birthday, self, I want you to be happy and fulfilling everything you wanted to.
Sincerely,
Me
