Dear FutureMe,
currently I am in a lockdown for a worldwide viral infection. I’ve gone a month with no sunlight and only surviving off the popular coffee whip trend that hip, cool, young people make. Since this lockdown I have become a world-renowned chef, but its only in my world. I’ve recently adopted a child, his name’s Leon and he’s a lemon tree. I strive to protect and care for my new child, yet somehow, I have become increasingly lonely.
In five years, I hope to be in college still and achieving my dream of majoring in marketing and graphic design. I may even take a year break to travel a bit with my new son, Leon. I’d like to show him Korea and maybe Germany. I would hope by five years my son would still be with me, but I could be wrong for I am unaware of the life span of a lemon tree. For now, he is too young to provide me with sour sustenance. I also dream of my best friend Samantha to travel many places with Leon and me. We could make an amazing family pact together.
Future me, always be a strong, independent person. How else would you be able to achieve your dreams and goals? When in tough times, no matter how tough, always remember this too shall pass. Make sure you take care of yourself and achieve financial stability for Leon. Perhaps achieve a large and ever-growing social media presence to one day dominate the world. Try to avoid dumb mistakes so you don’t ruin your life, or half of your life. Its been fun but the rats have breached containment within my panic room, its time I go. Good luck and farewell for now.
