Dear FutureMe,
During this crazy time in our lives I would never have imagined that I would be spending half of my 6th grade year at home because of this pandemic! During the time I have been home I have been doing homework, hanging out with my family, watching many shows on Netflix, and taking my dog on many walks the days it has been nice outside. My family has been doing good even though we've all been cooped up together for so long. What I want to focus on is all the doctors, nurses, and surgeons as they get all the people with this crazy virus cured and hopefully keeping and staying healthy as well as everyone else. I also want to keep the Truck Drivers in our thoughts because they do a lot for us too, such as traveling to many places at their own risk depending on the weather and at risk of getting Covid-19. They do this for us so we all have food, toilet paper, and all the essentials we need to live. I am thankful for technology because through this time my teachers have been great helpers to keep my class actively learning. Also so I can FaceTime my classmates, friends, and family. I'm worried if this virus doesn't get under control that I may not be able to show my 4-H animals at the county fair or State Fair, or play Softball with my friends, or even start my first year of Jr. High on time. Lastly I just want to keep everyone in our prayers through this tough time in the world and hope it will all be over soon!!!
