A letter from February 1st, 2020

Dear FutureMe, You've been through so much. I decided to write this in English, cause hopefully you're finally living abroad, and hopefully your English has gotten better, so you'll frown upon this. lol I'm doing everything in my power to stay alive so that you can receive this letter. I hope you're gentler to us than i am now. I hope you're genuinely happy and the past doesn't haunt you anymore. I'm having a hard time right now, and writing this to you gives me courage. I'm wondering how is your life. Do you have children? Are you married? Still passionate about arts? Did you finish high school? Whatever you do or did, i just hope you're genuinely happy. I've envisioned you a long time ago. I haven't found the courage to be you yet, but i know i will. Wherever you are right now, it means we made it. I love you so much. Never forget where did you come from. After all, deep down we're still that chubby, happy little girl who played alone in the sand.
