A letter from January 10th, 2020

Dear FutureMe, I hope you are retired. You have been looking forward to that since you were in your 20s! I also hope that the new house is built or close to being built and that you managed to downsize a lot. But if it's not, try not to freak out. It'll all work out. I especially hope that you and James are just as happy now as you were back when I wrote this letter. If you are then you have the world. Try not to forget that.
