A letter from May 16th, 2018

Dear FutureMe, The year is 2018. It has been a tough year at home for me this year. Livia was hospitalized for Anorexia this year, it was very difficult to see her go to Texas for five weeks. Ian began and finished his 8th grade year, he was a good student overall but had some problems in January that he was able to get through. Miles entered Kindergarten he has had a good year overall, but getting him to use the bathroom consistentlty was an issue! Lauren and I have had a good year, our biggest arguments always were about money! Will there ever be enough? For Christmas we went to Jackson Hole Wyoming to stay with Lauren's sister and our nieces. It was a great time even though I was recovering from a a bad flu bug that hit me pretty hard. Work went well, but many students did not succeed, it seems like many kids at McKinley don't know how important getting an education is. We added two animals this year, Honey, a hamster, and fFoyd the big red fish. Happy Birthday Dude!
