Happy birthday from the past year of 2011

Hello there, I doubt you remember me, I am you but 20 years younger. How can I make you remember? Do you remember that you have started for the first time a relation with someone, that the North African and Arabic Revolutions are high, you played Superpower 2, torrented a lot but still you were (and I hope still are) a philosophic and calm? Yes, we just started reaching the TB scale in hardware, energy is still mainly driven from fossil fuels, hope by now things are much faster and efficient! I want you to remember the following, either for good or bad. I have always been this way and I will try to continue doing so, I want to have a bright future since every 16 year old is filled with potential for greatness. Please, I beg you, if you did accomplish this I will forever be grateful for you (or me) to be able to become someone, or become sad by looking to a past full of promises. I know people usually want predictions from the future, but let me give you some events from the past :) Facebook is uniting the world with the Internet, Google is becoming increasingly more powerful, 1 billion people starve and another billion is overweight. Space exploration is rather stagnant, new generations are finding life increasingly more boring. Trolls, roam the internet with their lol's and fuuu-. China's becoming the next superpower. Well, I hope by now the world is a bit more easy than it is now thanks to our technological progress. I really hope to see any kind of intelligent extraterrestrial life until 2024. I think this is all, thanks for your time, I hope you are having a good time or else... shame on me. Portugal FTW!
