Peaceful right?

Dear Future Katie, I'm only doing this because Monalisa (are you still friends with her now? YOU BETTER BE.) suggested it, and I'm too lazy to do my Spanish homework. I wonder what'll happen in the future. Will I still be with Bryan? Did I find that fairy tale love? Will basketball turn out great for me? Will I ever be good at track and field? I hope, Katie, (wow it is so weird addressing myself) that by the time you read this, you are content with life, and still ambitious. ;D Ambition is what keeps me going, if you haven't figured it out already dear. Man, if you've already given up, then I want you to give yourself a nice fat smack on the face for disappointing me, because we all know that you (and I) can reach greater lengths than anything. At the moment that I'm writing this, I'm sad because Bryan won't be there at lunch tomorrow (and lunch is an hour long for multicultural week!! dammit) to spend time with me. I hope that in the future, wherever you are, that's ALL that you have to be sad about. I hope you never give up your dreams of being valedictorian, and I hope you'll never forget this little ol' freshman, the one with the big hopes and dreams. No matter what, don't let family troubles get you down. I hope that you've broken seven minutes and are running 6 minute miles. . .I hope that you'll cherish the time that you spend with Bryan, because I'm starting to realize just how precious his being with me is. Picture this: me in my dark-colored clothes (the ones Bryan said I looked pretty in), spanish 2 book out and open with unfinished homework (that I'll probably finish later tomorrow in Health), and Monalisa's favorite music playing on the computer. A moment in time, captured. april 23, 2007
