Dear Future Me,
As I begin this ALDP learning journey, my personal goal is clear: to become a better, stronger, and more intentional version of myself. I want this experience to stretch me, challenge me, and shape me into a leader who creates meaningful impact.
From this program, I hope to gain much more than knowledge.
I want to strengthen my personal leadership capability, build deeper connections with talented people from other teams and countries, and expose myself to new ideas, new ways of thinking, and new ways of leading. I want to challenge myself in areas that are outside of my comfort zone — because that is where growth happens.
As I evolve my Multiplier mindset, I want to focus on empowering others. I aspire to be the kind of leader who encourages people to try new things, speak up, take risks, and believe in their own potential. My role is not to have all the answers, but to create the environment where intelligence, creativity, and ownership can flourish.
To get the most out of this journey, I will commit to practicing learning agility every day. That means staying curious, embracing change instead of resisting it, asking questions that open possibilities, and being willing to unlearn old habits that hold me back. It means reflecting honestly, applying feedback quickly, and seeing every experience — even the uncomfortable ones — as a chance to grow.
Future me: I hope you look back and see how much courage, effort, and intention you brought into this journey. I hope you see how far you’ve come — not just in skills, but in the leader you are becoming.
Keep growing. Keep learning. Keep multiplying the strengths of others.
With belief,
Me
