Dear FutureMe,
I hope you're smiling more than you cry. And if you happen to cry, I hope it’s because you were laughing. This life is beautiful and made to be experienced but sometimes it delivers some heavy times and we tend not to do well when that happens. We’ve been fortunate enough to have had amazing people in our life to lean on and I hope you have those people now. Even when we felt alone, we always had a few numbers of people to call who would always pick up…. We have a lot to thankful for. Our husband Travis and us aren’t in the greatest place right now. It feels so fragile, like any day it could all to end. At this time, we don’t know what we will be this time next year. I hope Travis is happy and loved. Regardless of what relationship looks like now. We’re thankful for him for allowing us to feel safe enough to fall in love, and feel loved. We’re writing this at a time where we recently went through a very pivotal year. You finally found the strength to walk away and step out into your own. Knowing fully your purpose, unafraid to live it out. We’re feeling very proud of ourselves. We were drowning the year prior, feeling lost, alone and dying… but we survived. And as you're writing this, you can genuinely say you have found true happiness , peace and clarity again. We have career goals we want to accomplish but we decided not to speak on those because who knows what will happen. I just hope this letter finds you in a place you choose to be in. That your satisfied, happy and excited for tomorrow. If you’re not, give yourself some grace. We’ve been here before and you’re okay. It’ll all be okay. Hug and kiss the kids. Go turn on the music and through a dance party. Hopefully Levi has learn to dance a little better and Camille has started to find some rhythm.
