A letter from March 27th, 2025

Dear FutureMe,
Hi, please don't tell me you are still pining over that boy. Either you guys are together rn and happily dating, or you are comfortably friends and you've let go of that crush. Cuz it was fun but I'm sick of feeling like this all the time. He's always on my mind and it's exhausting. Nothing wrong with him (obviously, how could there be?) except that I cannot for the life of me get an accurate read on him and his family and how they may or may not feel about all this (if there even is and 'all this'). Anyway, you should know I'm writing this because I'm feeling all sad that he hasn't answered my email yet, and also it's 0100 so you're getting sleepy me, which you know just lets loose allllll her thoughts without a care for how dumb they are. I'd promise to stop bugging you about him but as I said before, he's on my mind allllll the time, so unless he's not on your mind allllll the time anymore, then you're just gonna keep getting these emails. Forever. 🙂
Also I'm just having so much fun writing to you, and I can't wait to be you and actually be the one receiving these letters. This is better than journaling!
